Perfect Job provides AI-assisted tools for job seekers, including CV tailoring, job scanning, offer evaluation, and application tracking. The platform uses artificial intelligence to help you create personalized application materials and discover relevant opportunities.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including CVs, profile information, and application materials. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Content generated by the AI (tailored CVs, evaluations, recommendations) is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for spam or mass unsolicited applications; (b) misrepresent your qualifications using AI-generated content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service; (d) violate any applicable law or regulation; or (e) share your account credentials with others.
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Free-tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
The platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by Perfect Job. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent. Open-source components retain their respective licenses.
Perfect Job is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost opportunities, inaccurate AI output, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
